Coiled-coil domain containing 134(CCDC134) is a secretory protein that plays a role in transcriptional regulation and MAPK signal transduction,also regulates DNA damage-induced apoptosis and cell cycle arrest by regulating ADA2A acetyltransferase activity.Inhibits the extracellular signal-related kinase (ERK) or c-JUN N-terminal kinase (JNK) phosphorylation.
